Guess who was asked to return to Shakopee Middle School next year, FULL TIME?
Yep. This guy…
It looks like it was a blessing in disguise getting cut from Burnsville. Turns out, they've got bigger problems then we do. A quarter of a million dollars problems.
As for Shakopee, they're stable, they're growing and they just resigned a hell of a teacher.
Good teachers mold young minds. Great teachers change lives. My husband, Mr. DeBoer, is a great teacher.
And I could not be more proud.
So happy that Sean's gifts haven spoken for themselves to the school district! Rest easy for awhile...
ReplyDeleteShawn's rehire has been the bright spot on our otherwise pretty sh*tty week.
DeleteCongrats, Shawn. Even more, Congrats school district for getting such an amazing teacher!
ReplyDeleteI pray some day they move to actually evaluating teacher's by more then test scores and seniority. It appears this district at least is growing and headed in that direction.
DeleteGood news Pawny.
ReplyDeletePawny makes him sound so young. Aww… high school. Those were the days…
DeleteAwe shucks;) Thank you for the support dearest:)
